We repair, replace & maintain your common area electric fittings such as Bulb & Light fixtures, walk way lamp post, water pumps, switches, sockets, lighting power panel, with all consumables necessary time to time as per the specified rating provided.
As a very additional feature we also take care of the house occupant electric works such as replacing bulbs & tubes, replacing switch & sockets, minor repair works of their electric items such as fridge, washing machine, electric oven, electric stove, electric geyser, television & power backup inverter under non labour charges while the consumable will be to the pay account of the house occupants in addition to the contract value at actuals.
We will have one qualified Electrician stationed in house between 9am to 6pm for 6days a week for the entire contract period.

We clean and maintain your facility common area, corridor, walk ways, parking area, play area, garden, utility area with regular dusting, sweeping, swabbing & washing regularly almost every day to maintain hygiene environment by in-house cleaning staff maintained by us all the time during contract period who would be well groomed disciplined & well-spoken our contract will include all tools, chemicals & detergents necessary for the cleaning purpose.
We will have uniformed housekeeping personals stationed in house between 8am to 7pm for 6days a week for the entire contract period.

We will deploy qualified uniformed security guard who is vigilant of safety & trained for emergency such as firefighting & first aid procedures, who will also patrol the facility and keep a watch on regular frequency and maintain the gate opening & closing during entry and exit, we will ensure all the visitors to the facility is an approved person by the owner of the occupant and record the entry and exit musters.
As a very additional feature we also will take care of the peripheral difficulties such as unauthorized occupancy of shop dwellers and menace creating individuals.
We will deploy guard in all three shifts with a supervisor & shift reliever 24/7 and 365days for the entire contract period. .

We clean and maintain your Air-Conditioners with one wet service a year and three dry services under non comprehensive maintenance facility for all brands installed under non labour charges while the consumable required will be to the pay account of the house occupants in addition to the contract value at actuals.
We will have one qualified a/c technician stationed in house between 9am to 6pm for 6days a week for the entire contract period.

We will grow plants & trees with in the allocated garden area and maintain by pruning & grooming the installed plants & trees also we will maintain manure & water with in the contract value during the contract period.
We will have one gardener visiting between 9am to 6pm for 6days a week for the entire contract period.
We will keep the rodents, lizards, crawl pest, flies & serpents away from the facility with all eco-friendly pesticides & consumables necessary from time to time as per the specified rating provided.
As a very additional feature we also take care of the house occupant corridor mosquito with alternate days spraying mosquito repellent.
We will have one qualified pest control officer visiting every week and certifying the ambience 1 day in a week for the entire contract period.

We will supply potable and TDS controlled fresh water from recognized & tested ground water source, we will check the water storage tanks every day and record PPM every day with quality testers and keep a record of the same for inspection around the year clock.
We will maintain sufficient water for the usage for the next day in priority and also maintain sufficient stock of water round the clock.
As a special feature we will also implement water saving modules and ensure water spillage is avoided and justified water usage is adopted.

Our in-house plumber will visit every house in the facility and inspect for seepage of taps and fittings and also rectify such damages as and when the resident informs us of the wear & tear of the water carrying pipes or pipeline fittings for the entire period of the contract.

We will maintain sewage & sanitation soil is cleared and extracted on regular frequency and all the sanitation chambers are cleared on regular intervals to avoid blockages and damages, we will ensure manholes and chambers are covered properly .
We will ensure rainwater harvesting is maintained and sediments from the rainwater are cleared on regular basis also we will use the rainwater for the purpose of gardening.
We will maintain STP plant and clear out the sediments to recycling, waste water recycled will be only used for flushing and gardening purpose.

We will maintain the lifts and its usages, lift chambers, lift rails, lift cables, lift clutches & lift breaks will be inspected by authorized engineers and maintained under comprehensive maintenance.
We will pay the bills of the lift usage and the consumables required for the replacements of maintenance, our electrician will ensure the lift is operated and protected from misuse & abuses.

We will maintain the CCTV and record the footages every day and keep the footage backup data in our records for a period of one year with in the contract period.
Our security personal will watch the cameras for vigilance and maintain the safety of the facility CCTV installed will be inspected by authorized engineers and maintained periodically.
Our electrician will ensure the cameras are working in functional condition and upkeep the facility under surveillance.
